NovaNovaAPI Terms of Service
Who we are
NovaAPI is a reseller, not DeepSeek. We hold no partnership with, and no reseller agreement from, DeepSeek, and we do not claim to be the official platform. We buy access to DeepSeek's official API (api.deepseek.com) and resell it to you through our own OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
What you are buying
- A prepaid balance deducted per request. There is no subscription and no minimum monthly spend.
- Our rate is DeepSeek's own off-peak rate × 2.5, published on our pricing page. DeepSeek applies automatic peak pricing during Chinese business hours, and our rates follow that mechanism as-is.
- Minimum top-up is US$5. New accounts start with $2 of credit.
Availability
Our service is best-effort, not an SLA. We publish no availability percentage. Keep a fallback configured for anything production-grade rather than depending on a single provider, including us.
Refunds
Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused prepaid balances remain available for future usage.
If we stop operating
Any unused balance is refundable on request. Write to hello@lbase.com from the email address on your account, and we will refund what remains, to the original payment method where that is still possible (PayPal, or USDT to an address you nominate). We do not place a deadline on this claim.
This is a commitment we record here on purpose. It is the reason the "what we don't claim" page can say that we do not seize balances.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't resell our endpoint as though it were your own platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
